Project Administration Team Lead – Ampcontrol

Ampcontrol is growing and we’re looking for a confident, solutions‑focused Project Administration Team Lead to guide our national administration team and support the delivery of high‑quality HV Field Services across Australia.

If you’re a natural organiser, a people‑first leader, and someone who thrives in a fast‑paced operational environment, this role puts you at the centre of our service delivery engine.

About the Role In this pivotal leadership position, you’ll oversee a geographically dispersed team responsible for delivering accurate, timely and customer‑focused administrative support to our HV Field Services Division. You’ll lead the coordination of critical workflows including materials management, timesheets, invoicing, fleet administration, travel logistics and executive support.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead, mentor and develop a team of 10–15 administration professionals across multiple states.
- Drive consistency and efficiency across all administrative processes — materials orders, timesheets, invoicing, purchase orders and job cost allocation.
- Support financial performance through accurate reporting, cost tracking, KPI monitoring and commercial controls.
- Coordinate fleet, travel and accommodation logistics to ensure compliance, readiness and cost‑effective deployment.
- Provide executive‑level support to the HV Field Services Manager, including calendar management, reporting and communications.
- Champion digital transformation,



system utilisation and continuous improvement across the division.

What You’ll Bring

- Experience in administration within a manufacturing, industrial or service‑based environment.
- Strong leadership capability with a collaborative, people‑focused approach.
- Confidence using ERP systems, Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accuracy and deliver results under pressure.
