- Perform and achieve schedule support work within an integrated workforce.
- Interpret and comply with legislative, policy and regulatory frameworks.
- Coordinate and support monthly reporting across the project team in PPRIP and SPMS.
- Engage, monitor and control all compliant schedules for approved projects in contract, able to be reported from through MRS.
- Undertake planning activities and developing schedules for pre-approval projects,
ready for baselining post-approval.
- Perform monthly management of Open Plan Professional (OPP) - Inform the Project Director of identified schedule risks to the projects.
- Ensure that activities are progressed in accordance with project standard operating procedures.
- Establish and maintain Project Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs), WBS data dictionaries, and project schedules utilising OPP Essential Experience Required - Senior scheduling experience with Open Plan Qualified (OPP) - Scheduling experience in major projects Highly Desirable Experience required - Previous experience in a Defence project environment
