As the ICT Procurement and Contract Manager, you will provide expert ICT procurement and contract management services across the division, including the development and management of QITC contracts. You will lead sourcing and procurement activities from planning through to contract negotiation and execution, ensuring compliance with procurement legislation, policies and whole-of-government initiatives. Working closely with stakeholders across Queensland Health and government agencies, you will support strategic priorities, manage supplier and contract performance, and oversee the review and renewal of ICT contracts to ensure they continue to meet business needs.
You will also develop operational plans, performance measures and reporting requirements, maintain robust procurement records to support probity and audit requirements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives through mentoring, training and capability development. In addition, you will build and sustain solid stakeholder relationships, represent Queensland Health in procurement and contract management forums, and ensure all services are delivered in accordance with quality, workplace health and safety, and governance standards.
