Contract | Hastha Solutions | Australia Posted On 03/07/2026 Job Information Job Opening ID ZR_6284_JOB Work Experience 5+ years IT Services City Melbourne State/Province Victoria 3000 Urgent requirement of IDAM Project manager - Contract - Melbourne/Sydney Requirements ProjectManager– Identity & Privileged Access Management We are seeking an experienced ProjectManager to lead and deliver identity-related initiatives, including Identity and Access Management (IAM) pref, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM). This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects that enhance security, compliance, and user experience across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end delivery of identity-related projects, ensuring alignment with security and business objectives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including security, infrastructure, application owners, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress, mitigate risks,
and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Communicate status updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security standards.
- They may generate Jira tickets and manage Jira boards.
- They may create and maintain Confluence pages related to their projects.
- Must be comfortable with maintaining RAID elements (Risk, Dependencies, etc).
Background - Proven experience managing IT security or identity-related projects.
- Solid understanding of IAM concepts.
- Knows what RBAC is.
- Knows the difference between a Job profile, role, entitlement, fine-grained entitlement.
