Monash Health in Victoria is seeking an Indigenous Community Development Worker (ICDW) to support Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander children and families engaged with FASD services. The role emphasizes culturally secure, trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches to assessment and pathways.
You will work with clinical coordinators and MDT colleagues, helping families navigate the FASD assessment process, access services, and connect with ACCOs and community supports.
