If so, we're seeking compassionate and committed Support Workers who can bring their enthusiasm, attention to detail and genuine care to this role.

About the Role

You'll be supporting a young man with quadriplegic cerebral palsy, complex health needs including epilepsy, mitochondrial disorder, and chronic lung disease. Despite these challenges, his life is centred around family, connection, and enjoying the moments that matter.

Shifts will begin with day and evening work, with training and development to progress into 3- 4 active night shifts per week. (Availability for active night shifts are a must).

Competitively aligned with the SCHADS Award your earning potential can sit at $61 p/h + super for weeknight active shifts. Casual loadings apply to weekends and public holidays





Training and ongoing development will be provided to the right candidates so don't be discouraged if you don't have all the exact experience and requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

- Providing personal care and complex health support
- Supporting daily activities and meaningful engagement
- Administering medication and following care plans
- Completing documentation and clinical notes
- Working collaboratively to achieve goals within a committed and experienced team

Experience & Requirements

- Experience supporting people with disability, complex care needs, or relevant hands on experience as a carer in any setting (including family/primary caregiving)
- Qualification (or working towards) in Disability, Health, Nursing, or similar
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
