About the role

We areseekinga motivated, commercially minded and results-drivenSales Associate toidentifynew business opportunities and build strong relationships with prospective clients across the commercial cleaning and property services sectors.

In this client-facing role, you will manage the front end of the sales pipeline by researching andidentifyingtarget prospects,generatingand qualifying leads, arranging introductory meetings and nurturing opportunities through theearly stagesof the sales process.

Working closely with our sales, estimating and operational teams, you will help align business development activity with ACS Property Services’ growth strategy and revenue targets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating newopportunitiesand contributing directly to the continued growth of a national business.

Hours: Full-Time or Part time Work available

Location: Onsite at level 4, 18 Thomson Street, South Melbourne

What you'd be doing

- Manage and grow the sales pipeline using CRM (PipeDrive)
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Plan and execute industry events, tradeshows, and networking activities
- Lead and support end-to-end bid and tender processes
- Track performance, maintain accurate records,



and report on pipeline activity

What you'd bring

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong track record managing the full sales cycle and achieving targets
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- A proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused approach
