Melbourne Health's Parkville Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Service is seeking a Mental Health Clinician to provide evidence-based interventions and clinical case management for young people aged 12 to 25 with complex mental health needs.
Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will develop treatment plans, conduct assessments, engage families, and coordinate care across services while maintaining solid links with the Youth Access Team and bed-based services.
