Job Tasks And Responsibilities

- The safe completion of planned field maintenance activities across the Open Cut mining fleet.
- Managing breakdown response and unplanned maintenance activities across the Open Cut mining fleet.
- Providing maintenance crews with clear objectives whilst meeting day‑to‑day maintenance targets while fostering a positive safety & team culture and high‑performance work setting.
- Ensuring maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with site and OEM standards.

Skills And Experience

Essential Criteria:

- A nationally recognised trade qualification.
- Proven leadership ability with a very strong commitment to safety.
- Exceptional communication skills to clearly communicate maintenance plans and required outcomes to crews.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience at a supervisory level or above.




- The ability to work rotating rosters including night shift.
- OEM experience:
- Liebherr / Caterpillar / Komatsu
