Derwent, ASX-listed mining services company, is expanding its strategy and corporate development function. The role reports to CFO and supports full lifecycle from origination to execution.

You will build financial models for acquisitions, prepare board papers, and conduct market analysis, working with senior leadership on live deals.

The ideal candidate holds a finance degree, CFA/Graduate Diploma, and has experience in investment banking or corporate development within the resources sector.
