We are currently working with a venture-backed AI-Native operations platform that’s redefining post-purchase operations for eComemerce brands through AI automation and smarter decision making.
What we're looking for
- 3–5+ years as an Implementation Manager, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Account Manager at a commerce SaaSor OMS/ERP background with deep integration experience
- Personally taken 5+ brands live — you know what breaks in implementation and how to prevent it
- Technical without being engineering — comfortable scoping and configuring integrations across Shopify, helpdesk, fulfilment, and comms stacks; familiar with APIs, webhooks, and event payloads
- AI-native in daily work — you use tools like Claude, Cursor,
and the Anthropic API practically and can stand up a working configuration faster than most engineers
