Role Description The Implementation Specialist / Customer Onboarding Specialist role is a part-time, remote position focused on guiding new customers through successful adoption of our services and systems. In this role, you will coordinate onboarding activities, configure and implement software solutions according to customer requirements, and ensure that all necessary information and documentation are collected and maintained.

You will provide clear guidance and training to customers, respond to onboarding-related inquiries, and proactively follow up to address any challenges that arise during implementation. Collaboration with internal teams to improve onboarding processes, track key onboarding metrics, and contribute feedback for continuous service improvement is an important part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret customer needs, identify process improvements, and troubleshoot implementation issues.
- Experience in Software Implementation,



including configuring systems, managing data inputs, and supporting users through go-live.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, accessible language to diverse audiences.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, demonstrating empathy, responsiveness, and a commitment to positive customer outcomes.
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in public employment services, workforce development, or related administrative environments is an advantage.
- Relevant education or training in business, information systems, social services, or a related field is beneficial.
