The Role

You won't be cold calling random homeowners all day trying to convince people to buy solar. Our internal team and our field sales consultants generate the opportunities.

Your role is to

- Follow up customers who weren't sold by our on-road consultants.
- Re-engage customers who haven't been followed up correctly or quickly enough.
- Handle warm opportunities generated by the business.
- Make between 100-200 calls per day.
- Build rapport quickly, overcome objections and close premium solar and battery systems over the phone.
- Keep your pipeline moving and consistently exceed KPIs.

These aren't poor-quality leads. They're opportunities that simply need the right salesperson.

Essential Requirements

- Previous residential solar sales experience is essential. Applications without solar experience will not be considered.
- Proven ability to consistently close sales over the phone.
- Comfortable making 100-200 outbound calls every day.
- KPI driven with a competitive mindset.
- Strong objection handling and closing skills.
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- Able to work from our Yatala / Ormeau office full time.

We sell premium systems. We offer industry-leading warranties, long-term after-sales support,



quality products and back our customers well beyond installation.

Because of that, our systems aren't the cheapest in the market.

If you're coming from a business selling $3,000 "cheap solar deals" over the phone and you're uncomfortable discussing larger investments or premium-priced systems, this probably isn't the right role for you.

We're looking for someone who understands value, not just price, and who is confident helping customers invest in a quality solution that will support them for years to come.

Career Progression

We're building an in-house phone sales division, and we'll eventually need a Phone Sales Manager to lead the team. That position will not automatically go to the first person we hire.

It will be earned.

If you consistently hit your KPIs, lead from the front, produce results and demonstrate leadership, you'll have the opportunity to step into that management role as the team grows.
