About the Role

- Support children with additional medical, behavioural, developmental, or environmental needs to fully participate in education and care programs.
- Develop, review, and implement Strategic Inclusion Plans and Individual Support Plans.




- Assist educators and service leaders to create inclusive learning environments and practices.
- Support inclusion funding applications, documentation, claims, and reporting requirements.
- Provide in office guidance and coaching to educators on inclusive strategies and practices.
- Build strong partnerships with families, caregivers, and external support agencies.
- Coordinate and communicate inclusion-related information with stakeholders.
- Deliver inclusion training, resources, and professional support to staff teams.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and quality standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, quality initiatives, and child-safe practices across Children's Services.
- Represent the organisation at community meetings, sector forums, and professional development activities.
- Promote a culture of inclusion, diversity, respect, and belonging for all children and families

About You

- Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, Disability Support, or a related field.
- Experience supporting children with additional needs.
- Robust communication, organisation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, inclusion support programs and child-safe practices.
- Current First Aid qualification, driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
