We believe good people are more important than perfect résumés.
At Elecstar, we don't build our team around job titles.
Some of us started as electricians.
Some as automation technicians.
Some as engineers.
Some came from maintenance.
What matters isn't where you started.
It's where you want to go.
We believe great industrial people never stop learning.
Every new machine, every unfamiliar PLC, every breakdown and every project is another prospect to become better at what you do.
We don't expect you to know everything.
In fact, we'd be worried if you thought you did.
What we do expect is curiosity.
We expect you to ask questions.
To enjoy learning.
To take ownership.
To help your team-mates.
To keep going when everyone else has run out of ideas.
Because that's what our customers remember.
Not how quickly you opened the PLC software.
They remember the person who stayed until production was running again.
What you'll do
Some weeks you'll spend your time fault finding.
Other weeks you'll be commissioning new equipment.
You might be working on a PLC one day, a drive the next, instrumentation after that, then helping a customer plan an upgrade.
You'll work across food manufacturing, packaging, processing, water treatment, infrastructure and industrial facilities.
Every customer is different.
Every day teaches you something.
Who succeeds here?
The people who enjoy saying:
"Let's work it out."
Not...
"That's not my job."
We're looking for people who:
- Think logically.
- Stay calm under pressure.
- Enjoy solving difficult industrial problems.
- Build trust with customers.
- Keep learning.
- Share what they know.
- Take pride in their work.
Whether you're an experienced Industrial Electrician, Service Technician, Automation Technician or Engineer, we'd rather talk to someone with the right mindset than someone who simply ticks every box.
What you'll gain
You'll work alongside experienced industrial electricians, automation specialists and engineers.
