We are looking for experienced industrial spray painters with a minimum 10 years industry experience to join our SA based team. Candidates must be experienced and confident in applying a range of industrial coatings via airless and conventional spray applications. Special consideration will be given to those with proven experience in plural component spray application, polyurea reactor and other systems.
As a team member, you will be expected to work with your project crews to conduct the full spectrum of coatings project works including staging and encapsulation, surface preparation, coatings application, QA activities and other associated processes.

Specific duties and responsibilities Including but not limited to:
- Application of various high end and various coatings,
linings, membranes, sealants and other products applied by the following methods:
- Conventional spray
- Airless spray
- Plural spray
- Reactor polyurea spray
- General understanding of high end and industrial coating systems and its equipment.
- Understanding and maintaining quality control techniques and recording documentation.
- Work in accordance with relevant product specifications and standards.

Experience, knowledge and skill requirements
- At least 10 years proven experience in a spray painting role encompassing all aspects of application.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Proven ability to work independently and as a member of a team, manage own performance and work with initiative to achieve expected outcomes.
Training, licences and qualifications
- Required:
- Industry white card
- Current Australian driver's license
- Proven ability and track record of industry experience.
