12 Month Fixed Term Contract | Shaver Shop Support Office – Chadstone

Shaver Shop is Australia’s leading specialist retailer in personal grooming, with 125 stores across Australia and New Zealand and a strong Support Office team based in Chadstone.

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced In-House Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

This is a hands-on production role supporting the delivery of campaign, promotional, digital and retail assets across Shaver Shop’s marketing channels. Working closely with the Marketing team and our external creative agency, you will bring approved campaign concepts to life with speed, accuracy and a strong eye for retail detail.

This role will suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment, understands the importance of brand consistency and can manage multiple design briefs across a busy promotional calendar.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager Marketing and Customer Experience, you will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality assets across digital, campaign and in-store channels.

Key responsibilities include

- Producing campaign and promotional assets for sale events, seasonal campaigns and product launches.
- Creating digital assets including web banners, homepage tiles, landing page graphics, social static assets and eDM modules.
- Adapting approved campaign concepts and templates across required formats and sizes.
- Producing in-store screen content and retail assets that clearly communicate product and price messaging.
- Supporting website and eCommerce updates in line with the trading calendar.
- Working closely with external creative, content, social and media agency partners.
- Maintaining robust file management,



version control and quality checking across all design output.
- Ensuring all assets are accurate, on-brand and delivered on time.

About You

You are a commercially minded designer with strong production capability and experience working in a high-volume retail or promotional environment.

You will bring

- 3–5 years’ graphic design experience, ideally within retail, consumer goods or a fast-paced in-house environment.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Experience producing digital assets across web, social, eDM and in-store screen formats.
- A strong understanding of brand guidelines, digital file specifications and design templates.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly with copy, pricing and promotional accuracy.
- The ability to manage multiple briefs and deadlines without compromising quality.
- A practical, responsive and collaborative working style.
- Experience working with external creative agencies or within an agency-led creative model will be highly regarded.

Experience with basic motion, animation or HTML asset production would also be advantageous.
