Skills and Experiences:

What You'll Do

- Lead, coach and support the Injury & Claims team, creating a positive and collaborative culture.
- Oversee Workers' Compensation claims across all Australian jurisdictions, ensuring compliant and effective claims management.
- Partner with leaders to provide practical advice on injury management, rehabilitation and return to work.
- Build solid relationships with insurers, brokers, rehabilitation providers and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor claims performance, premiums and trends while identifying opportunities to improve outcomes.




- Prepare reports and insights for senior leaders, supporting business decisions and continuous improvement.

About You
- Demonstrated leadership experience within Injury Management and Workers' Compensation, backed by a strong understanding of Australian legislation.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor, coach and develop high-performing teams.
- Allied Health qualification with a strong understanding of injury management, rehabilitation and return to work practices.
- Confident communicator who builds trusted relationships and provides practical, solutions-focused advice.
- Strong understanding of Workers' Compensation legislation, claims management and stakeholder engagement.
- Passionate about helping people recover, supporting leaders and achieving positive outcomes for employees and the business.
