What You'll Be Doing

In this hands-on role, you’ll be working across South East QLD to:

- Install compressed air pipework and compressor systems
- Service and maintain customers' air compressor systems
- Record service information using our proprietary software on an iPad
- Provide advice to customers regarding the condition of their equipment
- Support job preparation, workshop repairs, field service, and the maintenance of our hire fleet

- Are Australian Citizens currently residing in Australia
- Are comfortable working at heights occasionally
- Enjoy diagnosing and solving mechanical or technical issues
- Take pride in their work and own their responsibilities
- Have a curious,



problem-solving mindset (“How does this work?”)
- Are positive, self-motivated, and eager to keep learning

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have completed one of the following trade qualifications:

- Maintenance Fitter
- Automotive Engineer
- Dealership Mechanic
- Electrical Fitter

Ideally, you’ll have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on service experience—but if you’re a qualified Fitter or Mechanic, your skills will transfer well, and we’re happy to support your transition.

You’ll also need:

- A current Driver’s License
- Robust verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

It will be beneficial if you have:

- Forklift license
- EWP ticket
- Working with Children (WWC) check
