We are currently seeking an experienced INSULATION SUPERVISOR to join our team in a FULL-TIME FIFO position on a 19:9 roster.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading insulation crews, coordinating daily site activities, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced mining environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Supervise insulation crews across maintenance, construction, and shutdown projects.

· Plan and coordinate daily work activities.

· Ensure all work complies with client requirements, company procedures, and WHS legislation.

· Conduct pre-start meetings, toolbox talks, and safety observations.

· Monitor productivity, quality, and project progress.

· Complete daily reporting and project documentation.

· Mentor and develop team members while promoting a positive safety culture.

ABOUT YOU

· Minimum 3 years' experience in an Insulation Supervisor role within mining, oil & gas, construction, or heavy industry.





· Demonstrated leadership experience managing insulation teams.

· Strong knowledge of industrial insulation systems and installation practices.

· Excellent communication and organisational skills.

· Current White Card.

· Current Australian Driver's Licence.

· Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
