We're seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join a well-established business supplying lifting, rigging and safety solutions to customers across a range of industries including construction, mining, transport, logistics, manufacturing and infrastructure.

This is a wide-ranging role, combining counter sales, inbound phone enquiries, email-based sales support, quoting and order processing.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound phone and email enquiries
- Prepare quotations and process sales orders
- Serve customers at the trade counter
- Provide technical product advice and solutions
- Identify sales opportunities and convert enquiries into orders
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Work closely with the warehouse and operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery

Your Profile

- Previous sales experience within the lifting, rigging,



safety, industrial, or related trade supply sector
- Strong knowledge of lifting and rigging equipment, including slings, chains, shackles, lifting points, hoists and associated products
- Proven ability to build relationships and consistently achieve sales results
- Confidence dealing with customers face-to-face, over the phone and via email
- A proactive, customer-first approach
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
