About the job

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will manage a small and highly productive team, together owning our end-to-end inventory management, international logistics and overseeing local publishing.

You will work with sales, marketing and operational teams, managing over 2,000 SKUs across multiple product lines,

Ideal CandidateWe’re looking for an inventory and demand planning professional who brings a blend of strategic foresight and hands-on execution. To excel in this role,



you will have:

- Supply Chain Planning Expertise: Demonstrated inventory management and demand planning experience managing a large product portfolio (thousands of SKUs). You’re adept at forecasting and ensuring products are in stock to meet demand.
- Freight & Import/Export Knowledge: Hands-on experience with international freight management. You understand and have overseen import/export of goods, navigating shipping documentation and customs requirements.
- Analytical & Detail-Oriented Skills: Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with ERP systems. You maintain master data with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring data integrity and accuracy in every report.
- Global Awareness: Experience working with suppliers or manufacturers both locally and in Asia.
- Optimisation Mindset: A track record of optimising inventory and logistics processes. You’ve improved order frequencies, chosen optimal shipping methods, and have a solid grasp of freight costing and calculating landed costs to improve the company’s bottom line.
- Collaborative Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You work well with cross-functional teams - partnering with finance on budgeting and cost control, and with warehouse/logistics teams on smooth receiving, warehousing, and distribution processes.
