About this Position The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals. The IT Project Manager works closely with customers to implement IT solutions using Freshworks, Microsoft, other partner products and related technology systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of projects following Exsead project methodology, ensuring outcomes are met on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Ensure that all project outcomes comply with data governance, information security policies and standards, and project governance processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Manage the balance of technical quality between value,



risk and cost / commercial implications.
- Drive customer success and retention by ensuring solution adoption and value realisation.

Essential Requirements

- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM or similar Project Management certification or relevant experience.
- 5+ years’ experience as an IT Project Manager for IT system/software projects - working with SAAS products, ITSM / ESM, and/or CRM solutions would be advantageous.
- Proven success in managing customer-facing projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, working across technical teams, business teams, customers and vendors/partners.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of consulting engagements.
- Must be Australian based

Desirable Requirements

- Freshworks Certification(s), or other ITSM, ESM or CRM product related Certification(s).
- ITIL v4 (or v5) Foundation or Managing Qualified.
- Microsoft 365 Certification(s).
