At WISE Employment, our Job Success Coaches play an integral role in making employment opportunities accessible for everyone.

The Job Success Coach is essential for achieving our goal of making employment opportunities accessible for everyone. As the Job Success Coach, you will provide support for our customers, from week 13 of employment in their new role to exit so that we can address any barriers to them remaining in their role.

Please note: there is an expectation of working at outreach sites associated with each office.

To be considered, you must:

- Have full Australian working rights
- Hold a full Australian driver’s license
- Be willing to obtain a National Police Check

A day in a Job Success Coach role involves… In-work Support - 80%

- Support customers in their jobs from week 13 to exit
- Support employers of WISE customers in an ongoing capacity
- Record notes of all customer and employer contacts in in customer database
- Ensure customers remain in their roles by providing suitable and appropriate supports including on the job, in office and phone,
- Record support specifics in Tunnel
- Proactively reverse market customers at risk of losing their job to suitable employers
- Seek other job opportunities from current employers
- Obtain and store evidence for 26,



52 and ongoing support claims
- Maintain relationships and seek other job opportunities for our customers with existing employers
- Engage and support employers to assist customers to overcome barriers

Compliance - 15%
- Adhere to all compliance requirements
- Meet all compliance standards

WISE Role Model - 5%
- Always behave in line with WISE Values
- Comply with WHS policies and procedures
- Deliver industry leading customer centricity to customers Support site growth by attending pop ups etc when required

What you'll need to succeed

Essential Criteria

- 2 to 3 years’ experience in services industries such as nursing; banking and finance; insurance; travel; hospitality; and retail
- Experience facilitating groups and/or running training sessions with groups
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft 365 Hold a current Working with Children Check

Desirable Criteria

- Hold or are working toward relevant qualifications, for example, Training and Assessment, Business, Management, Community Services etc. Driver's License
