As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Fleet Maintenance Planner / Coordinator to ensure our fleet remains safe, compliant, and operational across multiple sites. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on planning, organisation, and continuous improvement, with the ability to work collaboratively across operations, maintenance and procurement teams.

About the Role

Reporting to the Industrial Services General Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring preventative and corrective maintenance activities across our fleet of plant, vehicles and equipment.

You’ll play a critical role in maximising fleet availability, maintaining compliance, managing maintenance systems, and ensuring our assets are maintained to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules across the fleet.
- Coordinate servicing, repairs and inspections with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Manage work orders, maintenance documentation and asset records.
- Maintain and administer fleet management systems including Dynaway and MTDATA.
- Monitor equipment faults and manage the fleet fault register.
- Coordinate compliance inspections, licences and permits.
- Procure and manage spare parts inventory.




- Assist with CAPEX coordination and recent asset onboarding.
- Prepare maintenance reports and compliance documentation.
- Work closely with Branch Managers, Contract Managers and Operations to optimise fleet performance.

About You You’ll be an organised and proactive maintenance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships across the business.

Ideally you’ll have

- Previous experience in a Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Coordinator or Fleet Coordinator role.
- Experience within mining, civil, transport or heavy industry.
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance planning and asset management.
- Experience using CMMS or fleet management systems (Dynaway experience highly regarded).
- Strong administration and data management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
