Junior Estimator | Perth Based | Full Time | Monday to Friday

About the Role

As a Junior Estimator, you’ll become a key contributor to our tendering/pre-contracts function. Working alongside experienced estimators and contract teams, you will:

- Capture recent tender opportunities from various sources,



and maintain our Tender Register and/or Procore software as applicable (training provided)
- Liaise and coordinate with other team members within the business, to relay, gather information, compile tender documentation and prepare submissions to the client.
- Assist with subcontractor and materials enquiries and review subsequent quotations and follow up as needed
- Assist in build‑up of an accurate cost estimates in analytical format using our Expert Estimation software (full training provided)
- Assist in preparation of Works Schedules using MS Project (training provided)
- Assist in Preparing and presenting handover documentation to the contract delivery team once a tender is awarded
- Liaise with construction teams to ensure output & resource data collected from completed works – vital for refining and improving future tender submissions
