One of our Agency partners is looking for a brilliant Junior Producer to join their team. If you thrive on making content ideas a reality, this one is for you. You will be right at the heart of their digital, social, and broadcast team, bringing campaigns to life for major automotive, FMCG, tech, and non-profit brands.
About the Role
As our Junior Producer, you will blend operational excellence with a deep love for storytelling. Your day-to-day will never look the same, but it will generally involve:
Responsibilities
- Production Management: Scoping and facilitating in-house shoots for social, web, and CRM channels from concept to final delivery.
- Logistics & Coordination: Scheduling shoots, contracting talent, scouting and permitting locations, and managing equipment or production crews.
- On-Set Oversight:
Running point on-set for social shoots to support the content director and shooter, ensuring we capture exactly what is on the brief.
- Broadcast Support: Helping broadcast producers book sound studios, coordinate voiceover talent, and manage CAD approvals or licensing.
- Post-Production Tracking: Managing internal edit suites, reviewing edits, and keeping our production asset library beautifully organised.
Background
- Background: At least 1 years experience in content production, digital media, project management, or creative operations.
Required Skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple budgets and timelines simultaneously.
- Tech Savvy: Basic familiarity with post-production software and planning tools like Asana.
- Vibe: Agility, humility, and a daring mindset to jump straight into creative ideation sessions with practical production insights.
Salary:
$74K including super.
