About the Position As the Strata Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential and mixed-use schemes, acting as the trusted advisor to committees and owners while ensuring each property is managed efficiently and professionally.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of strata and community-titled properties.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with committees, owners, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare for and facilitate AGM, EGM, and committee meetings.
- Provide practical advice regarding legislation, compliance, governance, and by-laws.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and contractor performance.




- Assist with budgets, insurance renewals, financial reporting, and levy administration.
- Resolve enquiries and complex issues with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all portfolio administration is completed to a high standard.

What You'll Bring
- Previous experience managing a strata portfolio.
- A solid understanding of strata legislation and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A positive, skilled attitude and commitment to customer service.
- Current Strata Managing Agent Licence or currently working towards obtaining your licence.
