Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Junior Property Manager to join our team.

This is a newly created role that aims to provide administrative and operational support to the Property Management team. The role assists with owner and tenant communication, leasing administration, inspections, maintenance coordination, compliance documentation and general portfolio support.

Maintain accurate property, owner and tenance records in property management systems

Assist with compliance checks and documentation

Provide general administrative support to the Property Management team About You

We are looking for a confident, dynamic, proactive and excited Junior Property Manager who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and building long term relationships.

To be successful, you will bring,

Minimum 2 years experience in residential property

Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate

Knowledge of Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act A willingness to learn and support the team Why This Role is Different?
