The Role:

- Entry and Exit Inspections as well as Reporting
- Routine inspections
- Rental reviews
- Arrears management
- Maintenance
- Bond disposals/ final bond reports
- Landlord and Tenant liaison
- Leasing
- Invoicing

- CURRENT Certificate of registration is essential
- Ideally, 6 months experience in Property Management or Real Estate
- High level of communication and attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Solid written & verbal communication skills
- Outstanding telephone manner & time management
- Well-presented
- Valid driver's license
