Key Responsibilities

- Review residential building plans and drawings to understand project requirements
- Assist with preparing take-offs and measuring quantities from plans
- Learn and utilise estimating software and internal systems
- Assist with preparing preliminary estimates, quotes, and variations
- Review building specifications,



selections, and inclusions
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing

About you

- Previous experience in residential construction, carpentry, or a trade background
- Strong understanding of how homes are built
- Ability to read and interpret plans (highly regarded)
- Great attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Someone looking to build a long-term career within estimating and construction
