Batt Griffith Legal is a boutique South Australian law firm with over two decades of history, established in its current form in July 2026 under the leadership of Director Rebekah Griffith.

We are a full-service firm working across Commercial Law, Family Law, Wills & Estates, Employment Law, Conveyancing, Property, and more. We serve clients across metropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australia, including Kangaroo Island and the Fleurieu Peninsula.

THE ROLE

──────────────────────────

We are seeking a junior solicitor to join our Myrtle Bank office on a full-time basis.

Your responsibilities will include

→ Working closely with supervising solicitors to manage client files across a range of practice areas, focusing initially on family law and property law

→ Drafting and amending legal documents, correspondence, and advice

→ Interviewing clients and preparing clear, practical advice

→ Attending hearings and participating in mediations

→ Contributing to a collaborative team environment focused on achieving the best outcomes for clients





Responsibilities will be shaped to suit your level of experience and will grow as you do.

Please note: this role is primarily based in Myrtle Bank. As you progress, your role will involve occasional travel to Kangaroo Island to service our regional client base.
