We are seeking an energetic people person to assist our Property Recruitment team in finding the best talent Perth has to offer for our industry-leading clients. Work closely with a team of high-performing consultants to drive talent attraction and engagement, building relationships and supporting your candidates in their next career move.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain robust relationships with candidates
- Source high-quality talent through a variety of channels
- Stay informed on market trends to provide expert advice
- Contribute positively to a collaborative, high-performing team culture
- Achieve and exceed targets through our commission and bonus structures
The Criteria:
- Experience in the Property or Real Estate space essential
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport
- Zero phone-fear!
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident negotiator and problem solver
- Positive attitude with a good sense of humour
