We're looking for a creative, detail-driven Digital Graphic Designer to help bring that voice to life across every digital touchpoint.

The Role

We're on the hunt for a Junior–Mid Weight Digital Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You'll play a key role in shaping how customers experience our brand online — from eye-catching eDM campaigns to a seamless, on-brand website experience. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves quick-paced, output-driven design work and wants to grow their skills within a well-known, culture-forward retail brand. You'll work closely with marketing, ecommerce, and content teams to produce high-quality static and video assets that convert, engage, and reflect our brand's confident, inclusive personality.

What You'll Do

- Design compelling eDM (email marketing) campaigns and website assets across static and video formats
- Build and adapt dynamic,



responsive designs optimized for multiple devices and screen sizes
- Collaborate with the marketing team to bring campaign concepts to life on brand and on brief
- Maintain and evolve visual consistency across digital channels
- Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns with fast-turnaround creative
- Continuously refine and improve design processes, templates, and workflows
- Stay on top of digital design trends, platform requirements, and best practices

What You'll Bring

- Degree or certificate in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a digital design role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating eDM and website design across static and video formats
- Solid experience building dynamic, responsive designs
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and/or Canva and Figma
- A continuous improvement mindset — always looking to sharpen your craft and streamline how you work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects to deadline

Highly Regarded (Not Essential)

- Previous digital design experience within a retail brand
- Experience working with Klaviyo and Shopify
