Due to continued growth, we're looking for an enthusiastic and talented Kitchen, Bathroom & Interior Designer / Sales Consultant to join our team.

About the Role

As a key member of our design team, you'll guide clients from initial consultation through to final design approval, helping them create beautiful and functional spaces they'll love for years to come.

Your responsibilities will include

- Conducting client consultations in our showroom and on-site.
- Designing kitchens, bathrooms, laundries and interior spaces.
- Preparing layouts, concepts, mood boards and presentations.
- Assisting clients with selections of cabinetry, benchtops, colours, fixtures, fittings and finishes.
- Preparing quotations and renovation proposals.




- Building strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service.
- Following up leads and converting enquiries into sales.
- Working closely with our project management, production and installation teams.
- Managing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.

About You We're looking for someone who is:

- Passionate about interior design and home renovations.
- Confident communicating with clients and building lasting relationships.
- Driven, self-motivated and results-focused.
- Professional, organised and detail-oriented.
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Experienced in kitchen, bathroom, interior design or a similar industry.

Preferred Skills & Experience

- Experience in kitchen, bathroom or interior design.
- Previous sales experience.
- Knowledge of cabinetry, renovation products and building materials preferred.
- Experience using design software such as AutoCAD or similar preferred.
- Current driver's licence.
