Resources Kylie Emans I grew up in Lugarno in Sydney's south, where I lived until my family moved to Germany for a few years, and where I returned to when I was in high school. After university, and after living and working in Japan for 2 years I worked in Sydney for the Japanese government. But the lure of real estate won me over and I went back to study and obtained my licence so I could follow in my father's footsteps and become a licensed real estate agent.

In 2001, I started my own independent, boutique real estate office, Beach & Bay Realty, in Cronulla. Now with over 2 decades of real estate sales experience in Sydney and 18 years as the owner of my own real estate agency, I have experienced many cycles of the real estate market including the introduction of the GST, the exit tax on investment properties (lasted 6 months), the crazy seller's market of winter 2003, the Global Financial Crisis, the current downturn in the Sydney property market which commenced with the severe restriction in lending that peaked in the latter half of 2018 and was worsened by the oversupply of current apartments. My approach to each client, is to understand their needs and handle a select number of properties at any one time.

While my office is based in the Shire and most sales have been in the Sutherland Shire and St George area,



I have successfully sold properties in Strathfield, the inner city, Southern Highlands and the South Coast. We are now known as Social Property Agents after a rebranding in 2015 and to better represent the diverse geographical property address we now sell in! Things I Am Proud Of Climbed Mt Fuji in 1994
