Taylord Fencing | Sunshine Coast | Currently seeking a Labourer / Skilled Labourer to join the team

Taylord Fencing is a locally owned and operated family business with over 20 years of industry experience on the Sunshine Coast.

We specialise in high-quality fencing solutions across residential and commercial projects, with a strong focus on workmanship, reliability, and clear communication. Every project we take on is built to last and designed to enhance the overall look and value of the property.

We are currently looking for a Labourer / skilled labourer to join our team, with the opportunity to be trained and developed into a qualified, experienced structural landscaper.

This in an entry-level roll however if you already have solid hands-on experience this is preferred.

About The Roll

- Monday to Friday
- 7:00am starts
- Based in Marcoola, servicing jobs from Caloundra to Noosa
- Approx. 30 hours per week
- Tools and equipment provided
- Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)

You’ll be working alongside an experienced team on a variety of fencing projects, gaining the skills and knowledge needed to progress into a skilled fencing role.

What You’ll Be Doing





- Assisting with residential and commercial fencing installations
- Setting out, measuring and preparing sites
- Using tools and equipment confidently and safely
- Supporting the team to deliver clean, high-quality work
- Learning and developing your skills on the job

What We’re Looking For

- Reliable and hard-working
- Punctual and takes pride in their work
- Works well in a team environment
- Has hands-on construction or trade experience (not required, but preferred)
- Able to follow direction and work efficiently
- White Card and Driver’s Licence preferred
