Country Club Living is seeking a full-time, reliable and experienced gardener to join our team at Bellbrook Gardens Country Club - a secure, resort-style retirement community.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll take pride in maintaining our gardens to the highest standard, as well as some maintenance tasks and contributing to the peaceful and welcoming setting our residents enjoy every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Full-spectrum gardening: planting, pruning, weeding, fertilising, trimming, and monitoring plant health
- Landscaping and garden maintenance across the village grounds including hedge trimming and lake maintenance
- Maintenance tasks and outdoor cleaning (paths, tiles, etc.)
- Supporting the Village Manager as needed
- Respecting residents’ privacy and maintaining a professional, friendly presence
- Driving the village bus occasionally (no special licence required)
- Adhering to OH&S; procedures and maintaining high presentation standards

What We’re Looking For

- Proven gardening experience (horticulture training a plus, but not essential)
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in your work




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- A valid driver’s licence is required
- Police check (required before starting)
