The Role

We're looking for a qualified Landscape Tradesperson to join our team, working alongside our site supervisor on a range of residential and commercial projects across the North Shore.

This is a hands-on construction role for someone who takes pride in their work, knows their way around a job site, and is ready to take the next step toward running their own team. If you're looking for a company where your career can actually go somewhere — this is it.

Responsibilities

- All aspects of landscape construction including excavation and site establishment
- Installation of hard landscaping features including retaining walls, decks, garden edging and drainage
- Preparation and installation of soft landscaping including turf, planting & irrigation




- Reading and working from landscape design plans and construction drawings
- Maintaining a clean, secure and organised job site at all times

What We're Looking For

- Cert III in Horticulture, Landscaping Construction or equivalent
- 3+ years hands-on experience in landscape construction
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction methods, materials & finishes
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans
- Full Australian driver's licence
- Professional presentation and strong communication skills
- A team player who can also work independently and take initiative
- Physically fit and able to perform outdoor work in all conditions
- Lives within 30 minutes of Artarmon
