- School construction and upgrades
- Apartment block and multi-res builds
- Warehouse and factory installations

Industrial Construction ($52–$60/hr + Travel + OT)

- Manufacturing and processing plants
- Water treatment facilities
- Production line installations
- Instrumentation and automation projects
- Food processing environments
- HVAC and mechanical services

Industrial Maintenance ($60–$70/hr | Day and Nightshift)

- Maintenance and fault finding experience
- Breakdown response and control wiring
- Motors, sensors and drives experience
