Key Responsibilities To ensure all Room Reservation enquiries are handled professionally, efficiently and accurately over both email and phone

Contribute positively to the achievement of sales & revenue budget through conversion of reservation enquiries into sales To handle all incoming calls into the hotel and redirect as appropriate.





To handle all hotel food & beverage outlet reservations To process all In-Room Dining orders from hotel guests Match Your Skills....

Your skills and experience will include: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

Ability to demonstrate a commitment to outstanding customer service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite) and valid working rights

Attention to detail, flexible with working hours and reliable
