Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking a Lawyer (2–4 years' PQE) to join its market-leading Technology Transactions team in Sydney.

The Role
- Advise clients on a broad range of technology and commercial transactions.
- Draft and negotiate technology, outsourcing, software licensing, cloud services, telecommunications, and digital infrastructure agreements.
- Provide advice on privacy, cyber security,
data governance, and emerging technology issues.
- Work closely with clients on strategic technology projects and digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues across national and international offices on cross-border matters.
- Deliver commercially focused legal advice while building strong client relationships.
Ideal Candidate
- 2–4 years' post-admission experience in technology transactions, commercial technology, telecommunications, privacy, cyber, or related commercial law.
- Solid drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent commercial judgement and a practical approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
- A collaborative mindset with a genuine interest in developing a career in technology and digital law.
- Australian practising certificate preferred.
