As a Data Analytics Engineer / Data Lead, you will take ownership of data migration and analytics activities across a complex CRM transformation program. You will define and drive the data migration strategy, ensuring the successful extraction, transformation, cleansing, and loading of critical business data.You will lead source system profiling, establish data quality standards, develop cleansing and deduplication rules, and coordinate ETL processes across multiple data sources. This role requires a hands-on professional who can combine technical delivery with strategic oversight, working closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technology partners to ensure accurate, reliable, and fit-for-purpose data outcomes. What you'll need to succeed

- Proven experience delivering complex data migration programs within enterprise environments.
- Strong background in designing and managing complex data models.
- Demonstrated experience defining and owning data migration strategies and roadmaps.
- Expertise in source system profiling, data mapping,



transformation, and validation activities.
- Strong understanding of data quality frameworks, including cleansing, reconciliation, and deduplication processes.
- Hands-on experience coordinating and delivering ETL solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working across CRM platforms and large-scale transformation programs.
Highly desirable:

- Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics 365, CRM APIs, Data Loaders, or custom Apex batch processes.
- Previous experience leading data migration workstreams within complex multi-CRM transformation programs.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Public Sector Solutions object models.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory and modern cloud-based data integration solutions.
