About the Role

This dual-responsibility position covers both workshop operations and in office installations. You'll lead by example — mentoring your team, managing workflow and ensuring high-quality installs — while remaining actively hands-on.

What You'll Be Doing

- Supervising and working alongside the workshop team
- Leading on-site installations of steel doors and windows
- Planning, coordinating and problem-solving daily tasks
- Ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to spec
- Communicating confidently with clients, team members and management
- Maintaining a positive, proactive, can-do attitude on every job

About You

Essential

- Hands-on leader with real-world installation experience
- Strong background in on-site installations — door and window installation preferred
- Natural problem solver with a calm, patient approach
- Excellent communicator at all levels
- Motivated, upbeat and a genuine go-getter




- High attention to detail with strong time management skills
- Committed to quality workmanship and safe work practices
- Current manual driver's licence
- Construction White Card
- Ability to read drawings

Highly Regarded:
- Metal fabrication experience
- QBCC or relevant trade licence
