About the role

We are seeking a full-time Leasing Officer / Field Officer. This represents a significant opportunity for individuals who are new to the real estate industry and seeking to further their careers.

Key Responsibilities

You will assist the Property Manager in managing Residential Real Estate in the western suburbs, e.i. Werribee, Point Cook, Truganina, Tarneit, and its surroundings. You will assume responsibility for the comprehensive leasing process and play a key role in the renter selection procedure to identify the most suitable renter for each property.

Organise and coordinate open house inspections and regular inspections, respond to inquiries from prospective renters and general inquiries, and maintain close communication with the Property Management Team.

Providing high-level operational oversight of the full range of property operations, maintenance of physical properties, and service delivery is critical for diverse and complex global owners. You will work with a highly skilled group of property professionals, enabling and fostering a climate of teamwork and supporting risk-taking across the group.

- Assist the Property Manager in managing the company's property portfolios.




- Maintain accurate records of all lease and prospecting activities, including lease calls, presentations, closed deals, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate records of all inspection activities, including scheduling the inspections, recording the maintenance needs, and summarising the report.
- Lease consultatively and recommend the company's various solutions to their business issues to prospects and clients.
- Attend meetings and professional development activities.

About you

- You will have superior management skills with a proven ability to lead, guide and motivate yourself and others in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- In addition, you have the ability and experience to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, including senior executive management, client agencies, consultants, and other relevant bodies.
- Experience in property management or real estate is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
