Working closely with a Partner, Senior Associate and Solicitor, you will become an integral part of a busy litigation team, providing trusted support across a broad range of complex matters.

This position will suit an experienced legal professional who enjoys being involved in all aspects of practice support and takes pride in delivering a high level of service to both clients and lawyers.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing proactive day-to-day support to senior legal practitioners across commercial litigation matters
- Preparing and formatting correspondence, court documents and legal documentation
- Coordinating communication with clients, Counsel, experts, external solicitors and key stakeholders
- Managing diaries, meetings, deadlines and workflow priorities
- Assisting with preparation of briefs and matter-related documentation
- Maintaining organised electronic files, supporting billing processes and ensuring administrative accuracy
- Coordinating travel arrangements, expenses and general practice requirements
- Supporting client relationship initiatives, marketing activities and firm administration

About You: You will be an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant who enjoys working in a professional environment where quality, initiative and attention to detail are highly valued.

Ideally, you will bring:





- 5+ years’ experience supporting commercial litigation lawyers
- Confidence managing complex matters and competing deadlines
- Exceptional written communication and document preparation skills
- Strong organisational ability with a proactive approach
- The ability to anticipate the needs of senior lawyers and provide seamless support
