A Legal Secretary position has become available within a highly regarded national Law firm based in Sydney CBD. This role will see you supporting a highly regarded Partner within defendant Insurance Law. This varied role will see you responsible for a range of tasks in a supportive team setting. If you are looking to take the next step in you career, in a reputable, well regarded national firm this could be the opportunity you have been waiting for!

Each day will be interesting and varied, with responsibilities including:

- Creating and editing documents
- Completing complex monthly billing
- Client liaison
- Managing correspondence and maintaining files
- Typing documents and diary management
- And much much more!

Requirements:

To meet expectations in this role, you are required to have:

- A minimum of 12 months Legal Secretarial experience
- Experience with billing and a document management system
- The ability to work full time
- Fast typing speeds and close attention to detail
- A keen, motivated approach with strong communication skills
