About Our Client

The company has a Global Presence and operates within the FMCG distribution sector.

- Take end-to-end ownership of logistics execution across warehousing, transport, freight, last-mile delivery and reverse logistics operations.

- Manage and optimise the performance of 3PL, warehousing and transport partners, ensuring service, cost and operational targets are consistently achieved.

- Build strong relationships with client supply chain, logistics and operations teams to successfully deliver complex, high-volume programs and launches.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational bottlenecks, mitigating risks and enhancing logistics efficiency across the network.

- Monitor and analyse logistics KPIs, SLAs and cost performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve service and commercial outcomes.

- Review transport and warehouse costs, validate invoicing and challenge suppliers to ensure commercial compliance and value delivery.





- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations, visibility and customer satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Logistics Manager should have:

- Experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably within the FMCG industry.

- Experience working with or providing for major retailers in Australia

- Familiarity with logistics software and inventory management systems.

- Knowledge of local and international shipping regulations and standards.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- A proactive approach to improving processes and driving efficiency.
