Are you a strategic planner who thrives on solving operational challenges and turning complex workloads into clear, actionable plans? We're looking for an experienced Logistics & Operations Planner to join a growing national team where you'll play a critical role in optimising field operations across Australia.
About the Company
Our client is a leading Australian financial services organisation specialising in debt management and customer support. They work with customers to resolve outstanding accounts through respectful conversations, flexible repayment solutions and a customer-first approach. Rather than focusing solely on debt recovery, they are committed to helping people achieve positive financial outcomes with empathy, professionalism and integrity.
About the role
This is a strategic operational planning role where you'll be responsible for providing high-level logistical and workforce planning across Australia. You'll take a broad view of operational demands, analyse priorities, assess resource capacity and develop deployment plans that optimise field performance.
Rather than focusing on day-to-day scheduling, you'll be responsible for managing the allocation of field resources, balancing workloads, geographical coverage, operational priorities and capacity to ensure efficient execution and the best possible business outcomes. You'll work closely with operational leaders to continually refine planning processes and improve productivity across the national field team.

- Monitor workloads, identify bottlenecks and proactively adjust plans as business needs change.
- Analyse operational data and performance trends to improve planning, efficiency and productivity.
- Partner with Operations and Field Leadership teams to ensure plans are effectively executed.
About You
- Previous experience in logistics planning, workforce planning, dispatch, routing or operational planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions across competing priorities.
- Experience managing large-scale resource allocation and operational planning.
- The ability to see the bigger operational picture while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Robust organisational and communication skills with confidence influencing stakeholders.
- Experience working across geographically dispersed operations is highly regarded.
- Exposure to logistics, field operations, service delivery or route-based industries will be advantageous.
