You will lead on-site teams, coordinate plant operators, labourers and subcontractors to deliver premium homes safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Applicants should hold a QBCC licence, have residential construction experience, a trade background (carpentry preferred), and robust problem-solving and leadership abilities. An IT-savvy, hands-on leader is ideal.
